Crab Cakes
Serves 4 3 slices white bread 1 lb crab meat 1 tbls chopped fresh parsley 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 cup mayonnaise butter paprika salt and pepper
Remove bread crusts, crumble bread and combine with crab. Add parsley and Worchestershire and mix with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper and form into 8 1-inch thick cakes. Sprinkle with paprika and chill for 1 hour. Saute cakes in butter until heated through. Serve with a big salad and crusty french bread.
